The service is bad i applied for my childs name to be rectified in April 2011, from June 2011 i was checking with the office if it was done, when i made the 4th follow up in September 2011, i was only informed that since he was turing 16 he should come and do the prints & ID in October we applied for an ID. In December i made a follow up to check if the documents were done up to date nothing has been done on the documents and it wont be done anytime soon i was informed by the call center agent that they are well within the time frame and i'll only get the documents after 8 months.
