| I got married in June 2011 and our pastor handed our documents in at home affairs the next day. Up to date (7 months later) Home Affairs has not registered my marriage. On requesting feedback from Home Affairs we got the answer that the Centurion Home Affairs office has moved and this has caused a delay as they have not sorted out all the boxes of paperwork. Every time we ask we get the same answer. The office has moved in September 2011. Home Affairs has no complaints line, no email address to contact anyone and if you phone you get transferred from one person to another. | |||
