NO SERVICE!! And I paid for it. Callcentre a fake.

I applied (and paid for) my parent's unabridged marriage certificate on the 10-10-2011. I was told to wait six weeks. After six I phoned in and got the excuse that there is a three month backlog. So I waited till January before phoning again. Since then I have phoned every week for an update on my case. Let the record show the 1st time I phoned they said somebody is looking for the original. 2nd time the network was down. 3rd time opened a case. 4th time network down, 5th time again network at her station is down. (Why answer the phone then?) The last call I had made some one told me no one has looked into my case yet.

I get the feeling that they aren't trying to help you through the call-centre. They just have a bunch of excuses and after while you just get the same ones over and over.
