After waiting 4 months for my unabridged birth certificate I contacted the Minsitry office - please see list of contacts who sorted my query out in 4 days after i managed to speak to the PA to the Deputy Minister! I urge all of you waiting to contact these people and complain as this is a growing problem in our country!
