| HEADLINE | CHANGING OF FORENAMES OF MY SON DATED BACK TO 2010 |

| I applied at PAARL HOME AFFAIRS for my son's forenames to be change starting in Feb2010. They captured the incorrect names on the system which resulted in me going back to do a second application and to pay another R70.00 for errors they made. I applied and forms were completed in July2011, when I called in Jan2012 was told to contact their customers services who in return told me I have to go back to Paarl Home Affairs to fill in new forms as my forms went missing. I called Paarl Home Affairs again delt with Mrs Dekeza, who told me she is trying to get in contact with HOME AFFAIR HEAD OFFICE in PRETORIA, still no response. What do i stand to do, I am encountering difficulties with my paperwork at my son's high school as well as other personal matters. | |||
