| My father applied for a passport for him and my daughter in Dec 2010 in order for them to go to Botsawana in June 2011.His passport was available in Jan 2011 and I went to enquire about my daughter's passport.I was told that the application could not be processed because of an unabridged birth certificate.I then had to apply for the unabridged birth certificate on 4 Feb 2011 which I am still waiting for.I have visited their offices several times before June looking at the time frame of the trip, which my daughter was unable to undertake.I have been calling their call centre at least twice a month until the matter was escalated to Roana Diphulo on 3 Oct 2011 who told me it was assigned to the head office and will follow up and then inform me of the progress.I never got any feedback.I visited the Pretoria branch in Nov 2011 and was told to fill in another application form accompanied with request for speedy response.I called today and was told that Ms Diphulo was not available, Thembakaziki Deqwana was handling the case and I should leave my contact details.I then requested for the contact details of this person but Vusi Malatjie indicated that he could not divulge that information. | |||
