| Still waiting for Unabridged birth certificate, after 9 months. Now sitting in New Zealand - so making International calls to try and resolve - Pretoria either doesn't answer their phones or when they do shunt you from pillar to post and then "drop the call' and the line then remains engaged. No-one is taking ownership of this problem and assisting in the resolution of this complaint. I need a point of contact and result - I have paid for a service, which is not being managed, complete incompetence and really not sure why staff are paid salaries if they cannot delegate a problem to someone to resolve...just tell me who I can speak to and what I must do! | |||
