HEADLINE	14 months waiting for birth certificate
Applied for unabridged birth certificate in November 2010. I've lost count of the number of times I have enquired with Kempton Park office regarding this. Till date, no birth certificate and no feedback to my complaint on the Presient's Line as well as on Dept of Home Affairs line 0800 60 1190. And this is how they want this country to go forward..... WHAT A JOKE AND A CIRCUS Add a new Department of Home Affairs Report Inappropriate report?
