Zero Customer Service for exchange of tickets

I called the Computicket call centre (Mon, 14 Nov at 15:00) & was told I could go into branch to exchange tickets (which I received as a gift) for an alternate date. Stanley didn't bother looking up when I walked into store (Cresta) & didn't have any knowledge of processes of exchange & then contacted call centre. Winnie (call cent) was equally as useless and even though I wanted to exchange tickets said that the only way to do so was to refund the credit card of person who purchased the tickets & I would then need to pay in full (again), I confirmed this was not an option as it was a GIFT! I asked for the matter to be escalated & a mng to ring me back. Winnie then contacted the purchaser of the tickets (my BOSS) instructing her to drop by Cresta so that tickets could be refunded & recharged on phone. This without informing me!!! Needless to say, I was left red-faced & had to please explain to the boss why she was getting strange calls on a Saturday! I am also still awaiting a call back from a manager! Shocking services & unethical processes. Computicket will go out of business if they continue in this vain...
