| I flew with Velvet Sky on the 31.12.2011. Flight was delayed with 2 hours and 30 mins. The manner in which we were dealt with was appalling. The grounding staff was laying back in their chairs and speaking to us passengers like that and could NOT give us answers in regarding the delay of the flight. On my return flight my flight attendant must of been drunk cause while doing announcements he was giggling so much that someone else had to complete the announcements. My flight was once again delayed with 1hr 30 mins. I had a flight scheduled for the 19 January and returning on the 27 January that I wanted to cancel and have refunded due to my experience. I approached computicket with the complaint and up to this date nothing has been done. The following people I have dealt with: Rhinnon Winter Supervisor (Computicket), Rita Mohammed (Velvet Sky), Palesa Supervisor (Computicket). I want to know why what happened to client service??? | |||
