| "Lebo" who decided to interrupt another consultant's service with me not knowing what's discussed, told me to write the +-15 departure times for busses , & know I must leave my personal time to explain to a 3rd party(Lebo), that if I could print this, then it would be easier to compare, since that cannot be done its logical to rely on technology to compare , as screens need to be changed. Know I.m told as a client by Lebo that I.m wasting their time to compare this infor. from the system as I must write it down +- 15 comparisons which is a slower process, as a result I am no longer getting efficient service because Susan decided to eat in front of complaining customers'. If Lebo does not know that it was her colleague making a mistake with the dates which I had to correct, common sense to mind your own business, instead of using computicket's offices to display her uncivilized attitude was her way of Life being exposed. Susan did not want to assist, She expressed that I must now go to ****, Clients left as Susan just ignored & ate in front of them,Chasing busines away is what these staff do when there's no supervision.Is this the case for computicket going forward? | |||
