| On Friday 18/11 my frineds and I (5 of us in total) went to watch "Michael Naicker" at the Lyric Theatre at Gold Reef City. Our tickets were torn and we were aditted into the theatre. While we were sitting 2 people advised us that we were in their seats. We checked our tickets and the seats were correct but then realised we were there on the wrong day - our show was on 19/11! We then went to computicket downstairs and asked the lady if there were unsold tickets for Friday which we could swop our Saturday tickets for. Her attitude was simply that we could forfeit our tickets and buy new ones (as there were unsold tickets for Friday's show) or we can go for our show on Saturday. She would not budge even after trying to reason with her and mentioning Hello Peter. She just said "go to Hello Peter if you want this is our policy. I cannot so anything". I just do not understand this kind of unwillingness to help. We had to drive out to the Lyric theatre - it was certianly not conveinant for us to just come back the next day and they had unsold tickets for Friday's show.They could have re-sold our Saturday show tickets as well. Makes absolutely no sense to have such inflexible policies. | |||
