| i went to shoprite to make a booking for a flight and they could not assist because computicket gave an error saying that the customer already exists,after standing there for more than 40min i called computicket myself and tried to find out what was wrong ,the agent i spoke to was Thandanani he told me that he would call the airline to check if the booking was made.he said that he was going to call me back in 10 minutes.i evetually waiting for his callback for almost 45 minutes.i called back and got through to him he gave a long story why he couldnt call me back.i then told him that he must now make the booking for me,note that at that time i was irate that i have been sent from pillar to post with this query,whilst i was giving him my booking details , he rudly transfered me without any notification.i spoke to Dudu she took down my details and could hear the irritation in my voice, she had the nerve to tell me to calm down and stop being irritated with her ,when i was about to tell he what i thought of her service she droped the phone in my ear i called back and they refused to help me i managed to get the managers name Sam Venter who was not there they had no supervision | |||
