| My partner and I purchased 2 tickets online as birthday gift for my 91 year old mother. Two days later she very proudly tells us that someone has bought her tickets to the same show. Computicket seems to apply no logic to their booking system, surely this kind of thing happens all the time. Computicket would like us to prove a "double booking". How on earth can they expect someone to prove a double booking when two people who do not know each other purchased tickets for the same show for the same person? We tried to exchange the tickets for another show but they appear to be unwilling. Their other solution is to levy a 50% penalty for cancellation! I would think that the Consumer Protection Act would kick in here. Their attitude is: tough luck, you lose, we line our pockets! This in my mind amounts to nothing more than *****. Computicket - Never again. | |||
