I purchased two Big Concert tickets to the Julio Iglesias concert, as a birthday gift for my Mother. I received a sms, from Computicket, informing me about the Big Concerts' decision to cancel this concert. I contacted the Computicket call center and made it clear that my Mother was in possession of said tickets, in Johannesburg, while the credit card used in the transaction is with me in Cape Town. Their helpful consultant, Nigel, assured me that this would not be a problem, as a simple phone call from the outlet to the Computicket call center would resolve the matter. This sadly was not the case when my sister visited Hyperama Constantiakloof outlet. She was greeted by an extremely unhelpful Computicket assistant, whose rudeness astounded her when she proceeded to engaged in another conversation while still dealing with my sister. This kind of behaviour and the schizophrenic messages from Computicket employees are completely unacceptable. I emailed both Computicket and Big Concerts, and have had no response from either. |
