After the wonderful results of the semi-final matches my husband and I together with a few friends decided to take on the long road to Johannesburg to watch the final betweem the LIONS and the ******. We live in Graaff-Reinet(over a 1000 kilometres away). We left on Thursday and were counting down each kilometer. The atmosphere at the stadium was fantastic. The excitement was building amongst the supporters and amongst us. We just want to get to our seats so that we could enjoy the game. But to our great disappointment we had NO SEATS. We did our bookings through COMPUTICKET and were given wheel-chair seats, which meant that for a row of 16 paying people there were only 8 seats to sit on.When we made the booking It didn't specify it as wheel-chair seats!!! After talking to an attendant, she said we should talk to an official. After talking to an official, he said he would call customer services, and they said they didn't know what to do. We had to watch the game without seats!! We are still disappointed! HOW COULD THEY MAKE US PAY FOR THAT!! It was our first time at COCA-COLA PARK and defiantly our last!! |
