I would like to address the representation of incorrect information on Computicket's website regarding the Jimmy Carr performance at the Sandton ICC in Johannesburg on the 10th of December as I feel that I was misinformed and had I been shown the correct information I would had purchased different tickets. When booking tickets on the Computicket website the seating layout was displayed differently to how it was on the evening. I had chosen tickets in a block which was shown on the website to be angled towards the stage - however in reality the seats were not facing the stage at all but rather a screen. Had this been represented correctly I would not have purchased the highly priced tickets I did. Jimmy Carr himself did a fantastic performance, however, this incorrectly represented seating plan put a huge dampener on the evening as I might as well have watch him on tv since the stage was not in my line of sight at all and in future I will think twice before booking via Computicket's website. I hope that in the future they are able to correct and avoid these kinds of errors as there were many disgruntled customers at the concert who may rethink support of their online service. |
