Jimmy Carr - incorrect seating plan

When Jimmy Carr tickets first went on sale around April time, I went and bought four tickets. The tickets were for the upstairs balcony, right in line with the stage. Well that is what the layout on the computer screen showed when I bought them at Checkers.

Obviously what happend is that you didnt realise how big the demand for the show was, and changed the seating plan to fit more people in. I was surprised and quite ****** off that when I got into the venue I found that not only was there no upper seating, I was also moved way to the left of the stage. I booked months in advance to make sure I could see my favorite comedian with a good view, but all I did was pay a grand to see him on the big screen due to your false information and ****.

You couldve at least let the ticket holders know if you were changing the venue layout. This is the second problem I have had this year with your lack of communication. I booked Roxette tickets the day they were released, and then the dates were changed and you did not inform us. Luckily I had great service from Checkers in Selcourt towers to change the dates on those tickets.

Please do something about your **** service!
