| Yesterday I went to computicket in Rosebank to buy Judith Sephuma Tickets, I was serviced by a coloured lady, I asked for 2 tickets I asked how much they cost and she said R100per ticket, and she asked if I was aware that the show is in PTA I said yes, the time was around 14:46 I bought and left the store. @14:00 I went back to the store to buy more tickets and I asked what time the show begins she said it has started I asked why did she not inform me that the show will start 10min before I bought my tickets and on the tickets its printed that the will be no admission after show has begun.. I asked for a refund and she told me stories about cancellation policy, This is ridiculous and against the consumer protection act. I need management to look into this and refund my R200! Thank you. | |||
