Faulty Booking System

I am a regular theatre goer and also attend many music shows during the year. This means that I have to deal with the Computicket website regularly and it is always a struggle.

The delay with regards to login as well as password recovery usually means that I lose my carefully selected tickets which then doesn't appear as available again. I have a very fast internet connection so that is not the problem. This is highly frustrating and I feel that enough is enough. Computicket already has a monopoly on the webticket market in South Africa, yet I don't think that they provide any kind of service more than a "program of events". They also know that in order to buy tickets you HAVE to use Computicket so usually you would go down to a Checkers outlet the next day anyway so they are not motivated to provide a better service. Why have a website that is for convenience if it doesn't work?

Thousands of tickets must be sold every day, so take the money and invest in more servers and a more user friendly login system, otherwise the upcoming webticket services might just edge you out.
