| I bought tickets to the Kings of Leon concert 29.10.2011. I was very keen to get the best standing spot I could, and therefore got to the stadium at 1 to be in the front of the queue (gates open at 5). When the gates opened, after waiting 4 hours in eager anticipation, I preceded to the turnstiles only to be rudely told that my ticket is not scanning and I have to walk to the other side of the stadium to meet with the Computicket (CT) people to sort out my ticket. Now you can already imagine my immediate response was a very irritable one, as why someone couldn't be at the gate where I was having the issue (surely this should have been planned for) and 2, I now have to waste more time walking around all the barriers to get to the CT assistants. I made my way to this so called CT Ticket Help box. When I got there I found another queue of people with the same problem but no one could help any of us as the CT system was offline. I understand the IT systems problems are out of anyone's control, that is not what I am complaining about. My issue is that I only got into the stadium at 18:30. This is completely unacceptable, and I demand some kind of compensation for this unfortunate event. | |||
