| HEADLINE | Oceans of the earth - what a horrible experience |

| We were referred to check out Oceans of the earth. We did. We found an apartment for R900 per night. so we requested booking for two nights.But i was concerned at the invoice. The price was now R1000 per night which = R2000; booking fee was R380 and deposit on breakage was R2000.I found that was ridiculous especially as their website does not have disclaimers/deposit. I asked my mum and aunt to go check it out as the date of the pic concerned me as well as these new costs. The T and Cs also confirm that my deposit of R2000 will be returned in 21 days. On arrival my mum met an arrogant woman; named Michelle who was rude; loud and unhelpful from the onset. Then another lady Kim was also rude to my mum - and she was constantly looking at Michelle and being rude to my mum and aunt who are in their 60's. So my mum said that the R2000 deposit was a surprise and Kim said what if you break a vase, anyway the toilet seat was broken and the bathroom flooded. When my mom complained Michelle said "take the keys and they can go elsewhere". A man then arrived and yelled whats going on here.trying to intimidate my mum. They are ******; rude and very sneaky about their costings. Absolute **** | |||
