A package was purchased on the 5th of January 2012 . He e-mailed me and told me that it would be delivered that Friday. When Friday arrived he texted me and told me the package could not be delivered due to "bad weather" and should arrive the following Tuesday. When Tuesday arrived I tried to phone him. An hour later he texted me and said there was a "mix up" with the addresses and that the package will now arrive on Friday. I then requested that he send me the required tracking number that is necessary for postal delivery which he said he will do. That Friday no package was delivered. I tried to contact him, an hour later I again received an sms that the package has been "sent" and that he will send me the tracking number which he never did. The next week I sent him a strongly worded e-mail after I tried to contact him, eventually he texted me and said "his cousin was in an accident",which somehow effected the arrival of the package even though it was supposedly already sent. He then gave me a number of a person that never answers or makes any attempts to get hold of me. Now there is no tracking number,no package and I can't get hold of Jonty Tasker and he has not contaced me. |
