Was at Trade Route Mall around 14:25 wanted to buy a simple gift voucher,Firstly the dreadlock guy hands over to another guy without any explanation to me, the guy who is supposed to give me service told me he is new does not know what to do he summons his female colleague Prudence who is just lazing around and she is shouts " What why do u want me?" she drags her feet to the till smile on face and goes" oh my manager has left with the key just sit and wait" here I am rushing waiting manager passes outside shop window I call him to give the key they r all laughing and he tell Prudence "I had to go to the toilet what must I do if there are people waiting". Prudence no apology this is the most appalling service really disgusted really will never shop there again discipline before u lose more loyal customers. |
