There is an annual registration, set-up and admin. fee payable by EVERY Company Who Responds to reports. The annual  fee is R375.00 plus VAT (Total: R427.50 per annum). Companies are also charged an Annual Response Fee according to the number of reports currently on the site about the company.

Companies with less than 4 reports pay no annual response fee. Only the annual registration fee.

All Companies Who Respond have access to the Customer Details (real name, email address and cell phone no.) of Customers both past and present who write Reports about them.

Your Annual Subscription includes:

• Registration and set up
• Email Notification: Immediate notification by email each time Hellopeter.com receives a report with your name in the Supplier field.
• Customer's Contact Details: Each report is submitted with a username. Companies Who Respond receive name, email and telephone number of customer.
• SMS Notification: In addition to the email notification you have the option to receive a FREE SMS on your cellphone alerting you to reports on the site (only available in South Africa).
• Supplier's Response: The right to reply. Each time a report is made about your company, you have the right to respond on the site.
• Update Response: The facility to respond in more detail to existing reports when new information comes to hand.
• Customer Feedback: Customers are asked to rate your response to their reports 48 hours after posting a report.

Application to become a Company Who Responds

Each report must be acknowledged within three business hours both as a Supplier's Response on Hellopeter.com and by email / telephone directly to customer. Also, each Supplier's Response to a Complaint must be Updated within 36 hours providing resolution / solution / final outcome.

Failure to comply will result in the Company being removed from the list of Companies Who Respond.

The supplier agrees that it enters into this contract freely and of its own volition, and in doing so, confirms that it has not been induced or forced into doing so in any manner whatsoever. The supplier acknowledges that users of the Hellopeter.com website may use the website to post unlawful content, including defamatory, insulting, private, racist, sexist, threatening, harassing, degrading, fraudulent, obscene, indecent or otherwise objectionable material ("unlawful content") about the supplier. The supplier undertakes not to institute legal action or take any steps whatsoever against the owner/s of Hellopeter.com, its members, its representatives, its employees and its independent contractors, as a result of any unlawful content posted on the Hellopeter.com website, whether arising from negligence or any other cause whatsoever. The supplier acknowledges that users’ personal details (name, contact number, email address and any other identifying information) may be disclosed to the supplier for the sole purpose of allowing the supplier to resolve the complaint concerning the supplier posted by the user. The supplier undertakes not to institute legal action or take any steps whatsoever against any user of the website, as a result of any defamatory or insulting content posted on the Hellopeter.com website, whether arising from negligence or any other cause whatsoever.
