What's in it for you, the supplier?
You've read the comments — good, bad or indifferent — from the people who buy what you sell. You can visit this site as often as you wish without charge. But if you want to respond to comments about your business or practice, you need to subscribe and become a Company Who Responds.
As a Company Who Responds, you will be notified by email each time we receive a comment bearing your name. A hyperlink in the email will direct you to the relevant comment, providing you with the facility to respond to your customer on the site. You may also respond directly to each Comment received.
PLEASE NOTE: there is an annual registration, set-up and admin. fee payable by EVERY Company Who Responds. The annual fee is R315.00 excl. VAT. Companies are also charged an Annual Response Fee according to the number of comments made about them. Companies with less than 4 comments pay NO Annual Response Fee.
All Companies Who Respond have access to the Customer Details (real name, email address and cell phone no.) of Customers both past and present, who make Comments about them. In addition, ALL Companies Who Respond benefit from ALL the features of the site, incl. Newsflashes on Home Page, SMS's alerts to comments, etc.

Your Annual Subscription includes:
- Registration and set up
|
- Email Notification : Immediate notification by email each time hellopeter.com receives a comment bearing your name in the Supplier panel.

- Customer's Contact Details: Each comment is submitted with a user name. Companies Who Respond receive name,
email and telephone number of customer.
|
- SMS Notification: In addition to the email notification you have the option to receive a FREE sms on your cell phone
alerting you to comments on the site.
|
- Supplier's Response: The right to reply. Each time a comment is made about your
company, you have the right to respond on the site and contact the customer directly.
|
- Update Response: The facility to respond in more detail to existing
comments when new information comes to hand.
|
- Customer Feedback: Users are asked to rate your response to their
comments 36 hours after posting a comment.

- Newsflashes: Home page publicity for your company. Special offers,
discounts, announcements may all be publicised.

Application to become a Company Who Responds
Hellopeter.com reserves the right to refuse unsuitable applications, including those companies who have already been removed from the Companies Who Respond list, organizations whose member/s of staff post/s a Compliment or Complaint about their own organization, and those companies already listed as Companies Who Respond.
Each comment must be acknowledged within three business hours both as a Supplier's Response on Hellopeter.com and by email/telephone directly to customer.
Each Supplier's Response to a Complaint must be Updated within 36 hours providing resolution/solution/ final outcome.
Failure to comply will result in the Company being removed from the list of Companies Who Respond. |
