It is so easy to write in a complaint & know that I might be guilty in that sense sometimes.We seem to forget to give credit when it's due.I have had nothing but bad luck with client services lately.Actually,you dont get client services anymore.Staff treat you bad,they're lazy and disrespectfull.Well,I say if you want to see how to go the extra mile,have a great attitude,do what you said you will do,great client service with a smile, friendly and just treating the customer with the most excellent manner,then start with Juliet at Clicks in Horizon View Roodepoort.What a pleasant lady!!!And one would think if a staff member did something good,they will hang around to gloat & catch credit-but not Juliet.While she was waiting for me to finish my shopping,she still helped another customer.I thanked her as I paid & that was it....she carried on doing her job!!! I take my hat off to Juliet!If more people are like Juliet, then this country will definitely be a better place! She sets a very good example of what customer services must consist of! I dont get good service anywhere,but I got it yesterday from Juliet at Clicks! |
