I bought a straightener at Clicks Jacaranda in December. After using it only a few times, it simply did not switch on anymore. I took it back, but went to the Waverley Plaza branch. I did not have the box or receipt, but Monica assisted me in phoning ** and getting the invoice number and exchanging the straightener for me. She was extremely professional, definitely went the extra mile and made me want to shop at that Clicks every time! Thank you Monica! I really appreciate all your help! |
