| I would like to give a compliment to two of the employees at Clicks Galleria. I think the first employee is a Manager there and her name is Cecilia. She has given me great service throughout. Whenever I have querries she handles each querry professionally and Im always satisfied with the results. I have had a querry where the items are placed under the wrong pricing or vice versa. When I get to the tills the item will scan a different price. Some of her employees are very rude when a querry like this arises but when Cecilia is called she deals with the matter as swiftly as possible. Thank you as always Cecilia and keep up the Great Work !!I would also like to compliment Linda at the Pharmacy. Im not sure if it comes with her age or her experience but boy is she good at what she does. Ive had the pleasure of dealing with her when I collect my script or need any medication. She will explain each medication to you properly and shes very well informed and knows her products. The manner in which she speaks be it you are not feeling well, you immediately start to feel better....as crazy as it sounds but its true. We love having Linda there and hope she never leaves Clicks | |||
