| Over the December period I visited this particular branch of clicks and was assisted by this young man 3 times at the cash desks. I would like to commend clicks on employing such friendly, helpful staff. It made all the difference to my shoping experience, to be assisted by someone who was friendly, greeted me with a warm smile and hallo, unlike many other cashiers who clearly do not want to be there. He was well organised and helpful, spoke in a clear manner when asking if I wish to purchase airtime, or a plastic bag and ensured that my goods were neatly and safely packed into the packets. He was also quick, which meant I could get done with my shopping experience much quicker. Well done for getting it right, these are the type of people we like to deal with, especially during the busier periods. | |||
