| I visited the Clicks store in Melville, Johannesburg, and upon paying presented my vouchers to Luelle who was serving me at the till. She scanned the vouchers and asked for my Clicks clubcard. I gave it to her and she told me that it had a different number on it to the vouchers. I explained that it's a family card linked to my mom's clubcard. She was extremely rude and told me I couldn't use the vouchers, only my mom could with her card. I told her this was nonsense as I've used the vouchers for years with my family card. She continued to be increasingly rude to me and wouldn't process my vouchers. I then spoke to a manager and he said he needed to phone customer service but as the store's phone lines were down he couldn't. I told Luelle to keep my shopping as I'd rather visit another Clicks who would be more helpful and less rude to me. I got back to the office and phoned customer care and they said there was nothing wrong with the vouchers because my card was linked to my mom's. Luelle was incredibly rude and condescending to me. A customer before me also reprimanded her attitude. Msizi has phoned me from the store to apologise and said the vouchers should have been processed. | |||
