i went 2get my medication as usual de previous day n i was told 2pay levy,i was suprised becos i am on chronic & had never b4e been asked 4 levy.since i didnt have cash i told her dat i will cum back de followin day as it was already late.When i went de following day 2get med de lady who was helpin me told me she cant get my medication n i should wait 4 lynn.Then dey both looked 4 it & said dey cant find it.De medication was already paid for by medical aid all i had 2do is pay levy.Der was somthin fishy as ey wer whisperin amongst demselves & was waitin 4almost 1hr,eventually de lady who was helpin told me dat de reciept has been signed &Lynn says dat means i am reliable.i told dm dey cant say dat 2me if she never gave me my meds &i wouldnt waste my company tym lookin 4 meds dat i recieved.She said 2me dat i must cum inside de staff area 2look 4 it myself but it wasnt there.was so upset n i told her dat i cant leave without my med as i am not supposed 2 skip de.she was rude n treated me like an insane person.later i realize she sold my med 2 some1 she couldnt be human enough 2tel me so.she knew from on set but she made me wait 4 nothin how can she sel my med that i have paid 4. |
