Please get more staff and open more tills

At clicks we had to stand in the line for over 20 minutes while the line grew and grew, and hardly moved because the tellers were slow and there were only four of them. There are tills upstairs which are closed and two tills out of the six downstairs were also closed. It is the end of the month, obviously people are going to buying- is it a surprise to them that it is going to be busy?
