| I bought about 3 items, a box of tissues, guava roll and a mosturiser and then the cashier indicated a big plastic bag that you will use to carry 9 toilet rolls and iron and some few things. I then asked the teller if she will charge me for the price of the plastic bag relevant to the number of items I bought , she said no. I then asked her why can't she call the manager and tell him/her I am not satisfied having to pay for a huge plastic bag when the stuff bought is so small. She ignored me and still said, " Are you buying the plastic bag or not. I said no and I had to carry the stuff with my hands. This is shoddy and I don't think that the shop of such calibre should run out of plastic bags, to compensate the least will be to charge the consumer the price he/she would pay for the items bought. | |||
