| I handed a prescription for several medications to Clicks Pharmacy in August 2011. I have received several repeats of all the meds, including repeats on 2 of the meds (Trazodone and Epitec) on 5/2/2012. Yet Clicks refuses to give me one of the other meds on the prescription, for which I have received fewer repeats but which was prescribed for the same amount. This medicine is called Zopivane. I tried to lay a complaint, which both the pharmacist as well as the branch manageress refused to take at all. The medicines are on the same script! Written on the same date! Yet they refuse to dispense the medication for which I have received the least amount of repeats? As a result of all of this, and having to take my 8 year old daughter, who currently has mumps, into the branch to try to sort things out, after my brother had attempted to collect my meds earlier in the day, I suffered a bad anxiety attack. It took me 4 hours just to copy from a printout the details of what I was prescribed and what I actually received - a task the pharmacists refused to do. | |||
