| The customer service at Clicks, located in the Fedsure Building in Pretoria is absolotuely pathetic. The pharmacists as well as the cashiers have a go-slow attitude. I stand in que's at the pharmacy section for sometimes an hour. The pharmacists are slow, they do not attend to you, they ignore the fact that you are standing their and do not even apologise. The tills are always understaffed with sometimes just one cashier! the que reaches the door at times. They give you such attitude and are so slow and unintrested. Please do something about this. | |||
