Very frustrated with the clicks in Heidelberg. They never have testers for fragrances or prices in their shelves . When I wanted to try a fragrance by Sarah Jessica Parker called Twilight there was no tester so I asked the manager if he could open one of the bottles to test and he gave me a long story abt what if I don't purchase it. Frankly that's not my problem , what happened to customer service? When u have a customer infront of u willing to make a purchase u do whatever it takes to satisfy them. Nonetheless I ended up buying the same fragrance I always use . I ended up spending R250 in that store . I don't appreciate that they don't even try to help. He tells me abt the supplier not bringing testers. Not my problem. Somebody needs to train these ppl on customer service. |
