On Monday 06/02/12 i walked into cliks to get some medication. the pharmacy area was closed. I asked one of the staff what time do they open. He said 08H30 and i said but it is 9H00 already. so then they start phoning. Eventually i had to go and ask as they did not even bother to come and tell me whats going on. They said a Locum is on the way and should arrive any minute. After 30 min i asked the number of the person they phoned. They did not really wanna give it, but eventualy they did, i phoned this guy who said he only heard now that his pharmasist has a cricis and a locum will come. I asked how long it will take and he rudely answer an hour, i asked how is it that the pharmasist did not phone him earlier to notify him of not coming to work and he rudely said that its not my problem i walked out and so did 4 other customers. Clicks Brits will never see me again |
