| I joined the clicks club long ago. I am now on my 2nd temporary card and still I have no idea how many points I have (I probably lost the points I earned on my 1st card). My 2nd temprary card is now also in tatters. I got it probably 5 or 6 years ago in Cape Town. I got the 1st one in Alberton shortly after you introduced it. I spoke to your people at various Clicks branches in Cape Town and even more in Johannesburg, more specifically in Kempton Park on various different occasions. They took down my information and promised that somebody from customer care will contact me - what a joke!!! I tried to phone Customer Care myself Another joke. I never speak to a human being and after 15/20 minutes I either put down the phone or the call is simply cut. I got the Dischem card - not only did I immediately get a permanent card, I can also see exactly how many points I have and I already benefit from it many times. What a difference in service!!!! Why do I even bother with Clicks? You are partnered with Vitality Health and I need the points - not that I am getting any of it at the moment. As far as I can see I am not even linked yet. Maybe Vitality should rather partner with Dischem. | |||

| Indifferent: At first I was very happy because Clicks phoned me the very next day BUT they promised I will have my new card within 2 /3 weeks, I received it a month later. Also I got NO compensation for all the points I lost over the years. I thought I am suppose to get a gold card because I am with Discovery / Vitality, but I have a normal card. I did get a R5 voucher to use - if I buy for R150 (I think it was R150, not sure, as I threw away the letter). I can see no real benefits in this relationship. | |||
