Is Clicks ******** my medical funds??

I had a repeat script for 3 months which I handed in at the Clicks Pharmacy in Bryanston. The person who loaded the script never put the repeat in so when I went in for my second repeat I had to stand around waiting for the pharmacist to find the original script amongst a thousand others before dispensing the medication. You would think that then and there the repeat would have been loaded on the system??? No. When I went in for my 3rd and final repeat I again had to stand around for over 30 minutes whilst they scrummaged around for the original script. Not very professional and very frustrating. Then just to add insult to injury the pharmacy claims R375.52 from my medical aid when the first and second scripts were only R203.15???? Most people do not know the price of medicine and therefore believe the amounts claimed from their medical aids to be correct. I keep a very close eye on this however, as I do not wish to run out of medical savings mid-year because of service providers taking a chance and over claiming. The pharmacist who assisted me with the final repeat on my script had such a bad attitude I wouldn't be surprised if she over claimed deliberately???
