I quickly wanted to get Corenza-C. Should have seen the queue at "Self Medication" and there was one person behind the counter. I called for the store manager (think it was Mario) who was very friendly and helpful. I explained that surely such a long queue (30min wait no exaggeration) to get Corenza-C made no sense. He agreed. He went up to Herman the pharmacist and mentioned this. Herman (in clear view of me the customer) was rude and shrugged the request off with mumbling and suggestions that I had an unrealistic expectation to be served in less than 30 min. Hhhhhmmmmnnn Herman, its people like me that buy stuff from you so you can pay your bills. I'm not going to buy from you again and I'm encouraging anyone looking for something Schedule 1 or 2 to rather go get it from Dischem. Its quicker and done by friendly people. The one I have been to is not understaffed either. Maybe they just make sure they have enough people for the lunch and 5pm shifts in a place like Menlyn. And while people are going to Dischem they can get the rest of the stuff they need from the Clicks store at Dischem too. |
