I recieved a call from Bekkie in December advicing that i should come through to the clicks store at rosebank mall/the zone to collect a gift. I told him that i stay in Lenasia and will stop by he's shop only when im in the area, to which he said was fine, and he would right it in hes book (if he is not there, i should speak to the assistant manager). i went to the store on Saturday and unfortunately Bekkie was not there. Instead useless Victor was there, who in my opinion is the most useless Clicks employee! Nonetheless, he said he doesnt know anything about it, and i should come back tomorrow when Bekkie is there (i'm sorry, i am NOT driving soooo far just for this). when i stated i cant do that, he tried to contact Bekkie and could not get hold of him. All this time he made just wait around there. so thank you bekkie and victor was wasting my time and making me feel like a begger in your store. i now know that you cannot trust clicks at all |
