| I went Clicks to buy some toiletries and a much needed pack of Gen Payne tablets. I waited in the pharmacy queue for 20 minutes (because only 1 person was assisting at the time) only to be told that i need a prescription for the tablets. I was shocked because Clicks is where I always buy these tablets from. The guy helping me told me that some Clicks stores do it and some don't. *so now i must go around to clicks stores trying to find out which one i can buy Gen Payne from without a prescription because I have never had to make a note of that before* So I spent 20 minutes in a queue to leave empty handed. I would expect some uniformity from a National retail chain like Clicks!! I proceeded to pay for my toiletries where I was helped by a cashier who was not interested in what she was doing. Her name was Luelle. After purchasing goods close to R500 in value (paid with a Debit Card) this lady refused to give me change of two R20 & a R10. I then asked if i could purchase a pack of sweets, but she still refused (What happened to Customer Service). I decided to buy the sweets at the next cashier who helped me with pleasure, her name was Mahalia. 2 disappointments in 1 day from 1 store.. | |||

Hello relay, Thank you for your recent correspondence. We wish to advise that Gen-Payne is a schedule 3 medication and we therefore require a script to dispense this product. Our pharmacies are able to assist with an emergency supply without a script, but will require a prescription otherwise. Your experience at the till points was however not of the standard we aim for, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
