I reqeusted clicks medicine on monday 30 January 2012 to deliver my monthly chronich medication by no later than friday 3 February 2012. My monthly supply of medication finished on the thursday and by friday evening I still haven't received anything. I contacted direct medicene and was told to phone fedex (their courier) to find out the estimated delivery time. I phoned them and was told that they only received the delivery order on friday morning 3 Februariy2012 and that my medication would only be delivered on monday 6 February 2012. This is a huge health risk for me to be without my medication for 3 days as a result of direct medicine's negligence and extremely poor service. On top of that I now have to pay R300 out of my own pocket so that fedex can deliver my medication on saturday. The direct medicine call centre has after hour contact numbers for emergencies but everytime I tried to phone those numbers both of them goes to voice mail. I left numeruose messages but no one contacted me back. |
