CLICKS REFUSES TO RESEND MY CASH BACK VOUCHER.

AS A FREQUENT SHOPPER AT CLICKS STORES I FIND IT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON YOU GUYS FOR NOT SENDING ME MY MISPLACED VOUCHER. SOMETIME LAST YEAR, IN SEPTEMBER MY WALLET HAPPENED TO GO MISSING, AND IN MY WALLET I HAD FEW CASH BACK VOUCHERS.
I RECEIVED 3 AND THE LAST ONE TO THE VALUE OF R200.90c, WAS NOT SENT TO ME. THAT VOUCHER IS NOW EXPIRED.AFTER GETTING BACK FROM HOLIDAY I CALLED AGAIN TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE QUERY . WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER EARLIER TODAY, A GUY BY THE NAME OF AIDEN, RUDE AND ILL MANNERED REFUSES TO LISTEN TO MY QUERY AND KEEPS TELLING ME THAT, CLICKS CLUBCARD CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LATE DELIVERY OF THE VOUCHER AND ALSO NOW THE VOUCHER HAS EXPIRED. AND THAT I SHOULD QUERY THIS ISSUE WITH THE POST OFFICE. COULD SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME AS THE VOUCHER IS NOT A SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY, WHICH I COULD HAVE USED AT CLICKS.
AS YOU HAVE RECORDS OF WHAT I SPEND AT YOUR STORES, YOU CAN NOTE THAT I SPEND HUGELY ON A MONTHLY BASIS.
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE FROM CLICKS!!!!!

Hello jakesy,

We wish to apologise for the manner in which Adriaan had dealt with your query. We do our best to maintain a high standard of service at our Contact Centre and will be addressing the issue with our Management Team for further action.
Regarding our CashBack Rewards; we wish to advise that our Contact Centre will gladly arrange for replacement CashBack Rewards provided that the rewards are still within the 1 year validity period. Our records indicate that the CashBack Reward you are referring to was originally posted to you in December 2010 and was one of a set of two rewards. You made use of one of the set of Rewards and the second Reward has since expired as the validity period has passed. We also do not have any record of a prior request for a reprint.
This information is also stated in the Terms and Conditions of the Clicks ClubCard and can be viewed on the Clicks website, www.clicks.co.za.
We can however confirm that Adriaan has requested a replacement of an unredeemed Reward still within the validity period, and this will reach you shortly via post.
