| Yesterday 2/02/12 myself and my boyfriend went to go buy a fan from Clicks at La Lucia Mall. We already knew exactly what we wanted as we had searched online, on arrival there was only one box on the shelf. This box was completely destroyed and when we asked the staff if they had possibly another one in the back, no one even seemed interested to go and look, but we were reassured that just the box was damaged and not the actual fan. WELL when we got home we assembled the fan to find it didnt work, when we looked at the instruction manual we noticed big black writing that said "TESTED & NOT WORKING" Why would this be on the shelf in the first place - who puts inferior quality products on the shelf?? Shocking. We then had to take it back to Clicks La Lucia where the supervisor informed us we could take a new fan but there were no more of the fan we originally wanted so we asked him if we could take a different one, his reply was yes. Once we got to the till he wanted us to pay extra which I find unacceptable. 1. the product they sold to us originally was inferior and 2. Whose problem is it if they do not have any more in stock! Surely you should keep your customers happy?? | |||
