Address FIASCO continues

I didn't get my club card points last year as someone in their infinite wisdom at Clicks changed my address from no 83 to no 8. I complained about this, was told I'd have to wait until Jan for my points to be paid out. I called last week to ascertain that they now have the correct address as its points time only to find they have now changed my address back to what it was 5 years ago ! That was in Jhb - I have lived in Cape Town for 5 years !
This is ludicrous. When I complained I was told I shall again have to wait for my points until the next point cycle. I have emails to prove that I had correctly updated my address.
This is the 21st century - a 1st world country. Clicks is operating in the dark ages in a 3rd world manner !
I want my points NOW.

We are very sorry to hear about the problems you have experienced with your Clicks ClubCard and wish to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

Our records indicate that a set of CashBack Rewards were posted to you at the end of January for your accumulated Points. We can arrange that a replacement set be posted to you at your address in Cape Town. Alternatively, the CashBack Rewards are also available for reprint directly from our website. This will allow you to redeem the rewards immediately instead of waiting for postal delivery.
