Tick tock, tick tock...

Sunday 29th January 2012, I went to the Glenvista Shopping Centre, 08H00, early shopping! I did my grocery shopping at Checkers first, as their staff are always bright eyed and bushy tailed at 08H00 despite it being Sunday. At 08H55, I then went to 'Clicks' it was still in complete darkness. I thought, well, it isn't 09H00 so I need to be reasonable. By 09H09, I left, as I couldn't wait any longer after having asked a couple of your staff members standing outside your shop "do you have any idea what time 'Clicks' will be opening"? They very pleasantly answered "We don't know, we have sms'd the lady, she was on her way, she is running late"! (um okay). Sadly, the ladies had no idea how late, so with that, I turned my heels and left. (me not being your only customer that left). This is not really a complaint as such, more just wanting to bring this to your attention, as personally, and I have no doubt you will agree, this is unacceptable for an organization of your caliber.
