Clicks was running a promotion on Philips shavers for R299. I went into the Centurion store on Sunday to purchase one. They were out of stock. The assistant offered to contact other stores to find out if they had stock and I said that I work close to the Fourways Mall. He contacted them and they had stock. I went there on Thursday after work to collect the shaver. The lady initially said that they had reserved one for me, but then said that they were out of stock as well. Then they said they would get one from another store. After waiting for about 45 minutes, the shaver arrived. At the till the price was R400. The promotion was only until the previous Sunday when I initially went into the first store! Nobody explained that the promotion was only till the Sunday, or that I had to collect from the second store on that same day. And while waiting for 45 minutes for the shaver to arrive from the third store I wasn't told that the price was not the sale price but the full price. UTTERLY DISGUSTING customer service!! |

Over the Moon:
I received a call from an ara manager of Clicks who assured me that a shaver would be delivered to the Fourways store and that I would receive the item at the sale price. I went into the store on the 3rd of January and received it as promised. Thanks you Clicks! |
