| On 16/10/11 I bought over R2000.00 prescription meds,using my clicks cards so i could "earn" some points....knowing that Dis-cem was cheaper on the products. To this date I haven't received any points and when i tried to sort it out at the branch I was told they can't help me..in fact no one wanted to help me....so where's the loyalty now from Clicks....i will never by my medication from you again...you are dishonest, your staff at the East Rand mall are rude, unhelpful and I'm very unhappy......shame on you! false advertising if you ask me. I've been a card holder for more than 16 years.....I want people to know that when you buy your medication from Clicks u will NOT get bonus points... | |||

Hello alidao, Thank you for your recent correspondence. We wish to advise that you do earn Points for purchases at Clicks Pharmacies and Clicks Clinics. All Clicks Dispensaries purchases earn non-qualifying Plus Points which are added to your ClubCard Points when you qualify at the close of a ClubCard Reward. A reward is then issued for your collective Points. You earn 1 Plus Point for every R10 you spend at our Pharmacy dispensary - the discount is earned off the dispensing fee. If, at the end of the collection period, you haven't qualified with the required 100 ClubCard Points, your Points are carried forward into the next collection period. The more you spend the more you earn! At the end of each collection period in which you qualify, a Cash-back Reward is printed and mailed to you. This reward can be redeemed at any of our Clicks stores nationwide. We can advise that you have been accumulating Points for your purchases at the Dispensary.
